TIRED OF STAINED, HARD TO CLEAN FLOORS?
From single-car garages to full shops, we install durable epoxy, flake, quartz, and metallic coatings built to handle Portland's wet winters and daily wear.

TYPES OF GARAGE FLOOR COATINGS
Every garage is used for different purposes that's why we offer multiple flooring systems, each customizable for traction, color, and finish. Not sure which one's right for you? We'll walk you through the options and recommend the best fit.

EPOXY FLAKE
A durable, decorative epoxy base broadcast with color chips for texture, depth, and hidden imperfections. The most popular choice for garages. It adds grip, masks dirt and stains, and holds up to daily wear.

METALLIC EPOXY
A show-stopping, 3D marbled finish created by swirling metallic pigments into the epoxy as it cures. Every floor comes out one-of-a-kind. Ideal for showroom garages, entertaining spaces, or anyone wanting a true designer look.

QUARTZ
A blend of colored quartz granules broadcast into epoxy for a rich, natural stone-like texture. Highly slip-resistant and extremely durable, making it a strong fit for both residential garages and higher-traffic commercial spaces.

SOLID COLOR
A clean, single-color epoxy finish for a smooth, uniform look. The most straightforward and budget-friendly system. Durable protection without the added texture or cost of flakes or metallics.
HOW IT WORKS
DIAMONDGUARD™️
FLAKE FLOOR SYSTEM
The top coat is the clear protective layer that seals the floor and helps guard against wear, stains, chemicals, UV exposure, and daily traffic. It also determines the final finish, such as gloss, satin, or a more slip-resistant texture.
The flake layer is made up of decorative vinyl flakes broadcast into the wet basecoat to create color, texture, and visual depth. It helps hide imperfections while giving the floor its finished decorative look.
The basecoat is the tinted coating applied directly over the prepared concrete surface. It bonds to the concrete and creates the foundation that holds the flake layer in place.
The surface profile is the texture created in the concrete during grinding or preparation before the coating is applied. It helps the basecoat bond properly to the concrete, creating a stronger and longer-lasting epoxy floor system.

LOW MAINTENANCE

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Most residential garages are completed in a single day, so you can typically walk on the floor within 24 hours and drive on it within a few days, depending on the system installed.
Pricing depends on the system you choose and your garage’s square footage. Grind & Seal starts around $4.50/sq ft, Solid Color and Flake Systems range from $5.50–$7.50/sq ft, and Metallic finishes run $14–$16/sq ft. Polishing is quoted individually based on slab condition and desired sheen. Use our instant estimate calculator above for a ballpark, or contact us for an exact quote.
Solid color epoxy gives a clean, single-tone finish. Flake systems add broadcast color chips for texture, grip, and better stain-hiding. Metallic epoxy uses swirled pigments for a 3D, marbled designer look. If you’re not sure which fits your space, we’re happy to walk you through it.
When properly installed on a prepped, moisture-tested slab, our coatings are built to resist cracking and peeling for the life of your warranty. Most failures in DIY or lower-quality jobs come from skipping surface prep — which is why we grind and test every slab before coating.
Just clear the space of vehicles, storage, and floor-mounted items before your scheduled install date. We handle everything else, including grinding, repairs, and moisture testing.
Sweep or dust mop regularly, and clean spills (especially oil or automotive fluids) as they happen. For deeper cleaning, a mild soap and water mop is usually all you need. No special sealers or waxes required.
Yes, our coatings are designed to handle the moisture, road salt, and temperature swings common in Portland-area winters. Proper moisture testing during installation is what keeps the floor performing long-term in our climate.
In most cases, yes. Minor cracks and surface damage are repaired as part of our prep process before coating. Severely damaged slabs may need additional repair work, which we’ll always discuss with you upfront.
We back our installations with a lifetime warranty against peeling and delamination when properly maintained.
Yes, we do. Contact us for specific financing options.
